FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):

As a Hyrox Club Ambassador, you will be the face of our new and exciting Hyrox partnership. You will engage with our members, promote the Hyrox training program, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.If you are passionate about fitness and wellness, and enjoy communicating with other members, we'd love to have you join our team!

REPORTS TO: District Manager/ Regional Manager – Hyrox program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the Hyrox training program to current and prospective members and corporate
Act as a liaison between Fitness team, Member Service team, Production team to facilitate an optimal training experience for members
Monitor and report on member recruitment, engagement and feedback
Collaborate with marketing to create content and promotional materials
Develop and execute local marketing plan to recruit member and non-member for the program
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy to motivate members

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS:

Passion for fitness and wellness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and engage with members
Good at English communication

KPIs:

Member & Corporate recruited for the Hyrox program
Member experience for the Hyrox program

BENEFITS:

Basic salary: from 8 – 15 million VND gross + bonus on KPIs
Free membership at California Fitness & Yoga
Attending soft skill training courses organized by the Company
Social insurance contributed on full salary, after 2 months probation

After being trained to understand the product & program and the marketing tool, you will be based and work at the assigned club in HCMC/ HN.
