Mô tả Công việc
- Process online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
- Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience in order processing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels (no phone/direct messaging required).
- All applicants must have excellent, clear, and proficient English skills, especially in writing and listening. The role requires strong written English to communicate with native English-speaking customers. Spoken English is not required.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in order management systems, databases, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management is a plus.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
