1. Main Responsibilities:
Participate in developing ideas and planning for the company’s programs, projects, and activities to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
Monitor and assess the company’s financial situation, perform data analysis (when necessary), and report results to the Director.
Plan marketing programs closely aligned with the company’s business and project plans. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Collect and analyze data regarding the company’s business operations, perform data analysis (if applicable), and report the performance of departments as requested by the Director.
Coordination of Activities:
Support in organizing and monitoring departmental work, ensuring smooth operations and effective outcomes. Provide complete reports to the Board of Directors on the performance and efficiency of departments.
Review and receive documents from various departments, ensuring complete files are submitted to the Director for approval.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a liaison between the Director and departments, ensuring accurate and timely communication. Gather feedback from relevant departments and relay important information to the Director.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and summarize key points, actions, and decisions to maintain records and report on any urgent issues arising from the meeting to the Director.
Assist the HR department with tasks requested by the Director, and support various HR-related projects when necessary.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Director, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to support the company’s needs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Director’s Assistant (preferably in technology, web design, e-commerce, etc.)
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in English with all four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Passion for creative work.
Age Range: 1997 – 2001.
Attention to detail and honesty in work.
Proactive and capable of self-learning.
High level of responsibility and work ethic.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving and self-learning skills.
Good communication skills, enthusiastic about work.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Working hours: 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
