Mô tả Công việc
1. Seeking out, approach, and building strong relationships with potential new customers.
2. Consulting and introducing products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
3. Tracking and nurture customer relationships in alignment with the sales process.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and meet customers to discuss solutions and negotiate contract terms.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete documentation and procedures with organizations/ agencies during project execution.
6. Work closely with the Sales Manager to implement business strategies.
7. Monitor the market and competitors, proposing effective business solutions.
8. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and update customer information in the CRM system.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new clients.
- Proficiency in office software and sales support tools.
- Willingness to travel for business trips as required.
- Good English listening and speaking skills.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
