Mô tả Công việc
- Work with the factory and arrange vehicles for shipment
- Work with the shipyard on bills of lading; track debit note from forwarder
- Send instructions to H.O and follow H.O's instructions
- Create Invoice, packing list, contract to send declaration opening service.
- Coordinate with QA to make phyto send samples to customers
- Work with Vinacontrol, SGS, and certificate issuers
- Prepare a set of documents to make CO forms
- Summarize fees from suppliers to report to accounting for payment.
- Enter all costs and SAP
- Make daily reports, save documents and other tasks as directed by superiors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College degree or higher
At least 1 years of experience in a similar position.
Able to communicate in English.
Available for immediate employment
