Mô tả Công việc
Support Quotation & Order Processing
- Receive and process quotation requests from customers/agents.
- Coordinate with the technical & production departments to prepare accurate quotations.
- Prepare PIF (Project Information Form) for projects:
- Collect and compile project information from customers.
- Work with relevant departments to finalize product details, timelines, and specific project requirements.
- Track and update PIF status to ensure alignment across departments.
- Monitor and update order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage Sales Documentation & Contracts
- Prepare contracts, track payment schedules, export document (if need) and coordinate with accounting to manage receivables.
- Organize and store sales documents and purchase orders.
Customer Support
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, handling any arising requests.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Reporting & Sales Support
- Collect, analyze sales data, and generate periodic reports.
- Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks and sales strategy implementation.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Female candidates preferred, proactive and responsible in work.
- Graduated from University of Architecture, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and order management software.
- Strong communication skills, proactive approach to work.
- Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industries.
