Mô tả Công việc
- Support with the documentation of HR–related paperwork
- Maintain and update new employee information
- Organize internal company events and employee engagement activities
- Manage and collect invoices, payment processes, or relevant tasks
- Regularly review procurement costs and improvement office
- Manage and monitor office supply inventory, layout. Place orders for office supplies, ensuring
- timely replenishment.
- Conduct annual audits of various functions, including administrative processes, IT systems,
- security policies, and HR-related documents
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field ( Final year students/graduated/awaiting degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn, proactive with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive communication and logic thinking
- Good in English is a plus.
