Mô tả Công việc
1. Food Safety & Hygiene Management:
- Conduct periodic checks and updates on food safety regulations.
- Daily monitor food quality, hygiene practices, and catering SOP compliance.
- Oversee gas usage and food sample/ storage management.
- Manage lunch payment processes and confirm vendor billing accuracy.
- Organize yearly practice contest for Food Safety & Hygiene reaction team.
2. System, Facilities & Equipment Management:
- Operate and manage meal function software.
- Periodically inspect and ensure proper working condition of canteen facilities and equipment.
- Make reports on facility and equipment status.
3. External Catering Service Management:
- Supervise and maintain the quality of outsourced catering services.
- Organize the required training & test for member of outsourced catering services.
4. Infrastructure Improvement:
- Monitor canteen infrastructure condition and propose necessary improvements.
- Conduct the infrastructure improvements (design, supervise construction work related to canteen facility upgrades)
Others:
1. Reception and Administrative support:
- Welcome and assist guests including tea break preparation, uniform, locker, and utilities management.
- Handle incoming letters/documents and manage meeting room booking and usage conditions.
- Company Events & Activities: brainstorm, organize company events (e.x., Meal Special day, Year-end Party, Christmas events), décor, capture event moments via photos, videos, and make reports.
2. Health and Safety Management:
- Support first-aid room maintenance and first-aid related activities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh Graduated from University (major in Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, English Language, or related majors)
- Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
- Candidates with permanent address in Binh Duong province are preferable
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills, especially with external vendors and internal departments.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure during events or inspections.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and event organization activities.
- Customer-oriented mindset for hospitality and guest services.
