Mô tả Công việc

Attendance record management:

  1. Collect payroll data monthly.
  2. Check daily attendance and record employee attendance data.

Coordination and support:

  1. Coordinate to arrange periodical health check-ups for the the team, prepare relevant documents, and handle clinic visits.
  2. Explaining company regulations new employees. Guide new employees in completing recruitment forms and other necessary paperwork.
  3. Announce new hires and resigned employees to the Client and other related parties.
  4. Collect necessary documents for dependent registration.

Report support:

  1. Support manager on data collection; Prepare formart; Information update periodly; Data verification/reconciliation; Report recording…

Purchasing and inventory management:

  1. Manage purchasing activities.
  2. Track and update progress on deliveries and payments. Handle documents for each purchase order (PO, packing list, goods receipt note).
  3. Manage office supplies, PPE, uniforms, and record.

Document control and administrative tasks:

  1. Manage all documents on site.
  2. Support administrative tasks.
  3. Follow up on payments, vendor assessments and support contractor work permits.
  4. Support environmental reports.
  5. Ensure paperwork is in place for vendor assessment and payment processes.

Company events and additional responsibilities:

  1. Co-organize company events such as team-building activities and the year-end party with other team members.
  2. Perform additional tasks as required by managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    Bachelor's degree, major in Business Administration/Human Resources.

    Have career orientation towards administrative staff.

    Basic knowledge of office administration.

    Fluent in all commonly used of Microsoft Office sofwares.

    Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.

    Strong customer service mindset and ability of problem solving.

    Well planning and co-operating with other departments.
