Mô tả Công việc
- Set sales targets for dealers and achieve them through frequent visits;
- Manage and monitor dealer’s daily sales operations in compliance with the company’s sales policies, conduct training, and maintain dealer motivation;
- Ensure dealers comply with laws and regulations related to automobile sales (Decree 116, etc.);
- Guide dealers to improve customer satisfaction by frequently visiting dealers and working as a dealer staff to develop advanced customer service skills and be able to respond to customer needs, requests, and all inquiries;
- Control inventory to make sure dealers adhere to stock standards for vehicles and parts;
- Analyze sales data and reports about market trends, competitors and dealers’ problems and challenges, then make regular and timely reports (situation, countermeasure, action plan, etc.) to superiors and General Directors;
- Conduct on-site activities to improve service retention rates and increase end-of-life sales of genuine parts;
- Do other tasks as required by Managers,
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant fields (Economics, Automotive, Business Administration, etc.);
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office;
- Active and logical thinker with abilities to take immediate actions;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Working hours: 7:30 - 17:30, Mon - Fri;
- Working place: No 02, Pho Quang Street, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh.
