Primary Objective:
- Manage candidate data as company rule
- Ensure to recruit enough personnel according to the job requirements is completed timely
- Training new staff as company rule
Key Activities:
1. Recruit management
2. Training
3. Timekeeping data management, salary calculation
4. Other tasks
Roles and responsibilities:
1/ Recruit management
- Recruiting for positions as required by management
- Performing recruitment activities: Screening, interviewing, onboarding…
- Manage candidate data to mine for future positions
- Exit interview
- Complete report in time
2/ Training
- Support and coordinate training activities
- In charge of training new employees according to regulations
- Responsiblities on job training for new staff
3/ Timekeeping data management, salary calculation
- Support timekeeping, salary calculation
- Fix and report Edoc of store to related departments
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College degree (HR)
- Over 1 years related experience in related to HR dept.
- High presure
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
- 13-month salary
