We are hiring for our partner Hydron Holdings' subsidiary company G2G Malaysia. G2G (Gamer to Gamer) is the world’s leading P2P (peer to peer) marketplace about all things digital, specifically within the gaming industry. OffGamers on the other side specializes in CD keys, similar products to prepaid cards such as top-up cards and game credits. Both companies fall under the same umbrella. It allows users to trade with each other, providing actual freedom to gamers. The company now has been operating for 11 years, and have operations in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

What to expect:

G2G is looking for young, energetic, presentable and motivated individuals to work and further grow with the company. The role includes a lot of travelling, communications to potential clients and business development. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects

· Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients

· Negotiate and close new business deals to meet and exceed revenue targets

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets

· Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

· Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and collateral

· Gather market/customer insights to identify trends and optimize sales strategies

· Represent G2G at networking events, conferences and client meetings

· Consistently achieve and exceeding defined sales quotas and KPIs

· Utilize CRM software to effectively manage sales cycles from lead to close

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    • Female
    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Able to travel internationally and flexible with working hours (approximately 4-6 events per year)
    • Excellent in English communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and negotiation abilities
    • Enjoys learning and development, maintains a positive mindset, is open to feedback, and can analyze and process information effectively.
