Mô tả Công việc
- Social insurance book and card information adjustment. Increase or decrease in SHUI for employees.
- To make a resignation decision. Check staff's information, closing, returning social insurance book and resignation decision to resigned employees.
- Registration PIT code for new employee and registration dependents for employees according to regulations.
- Issue PIT deduction invoices for employees to self-finalization of taxes.
- Creat Staff codes and new employee information into Excel files. Create working shift, register scan log data, and attendance policy for new employees on software.
- Update the list of employees on Resignation/ Maternity leave/ Maternity leave policy for female employees/ Internal transfer into the Excel files and HRM software.
- To be in charge of changing Portal approvers / Reset Portal password.
- In charge of Resignation Form and report Exit Interview.
- Be in charge in translate documents/regulations from Vietnamese into English and vice versa.
- To perform other works in related with HRA assigned by Superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/ College Graduated, major in English/ Human Resource Management/ Business Administration Management …
- Excellent English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing). Confident to speak fluently in English and be able to translate documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Good at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, especially in Excel)
- Willing to learn and work in Human Resources field (Successful candidate will be trained/guided).
- Have knowledge and experience in C&B (about labor law, social insurance law, PIT law, TS24, HTKK) is a bonus.
- Open for fresh graduates, but have to be at good English and willing to learn in HR.
- If applicants already have at least 06 months working experience in C&B staff or similar position, he/she will be prioritized.
