1. JOB PURPOSE
- To assist the Corporate Compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to applicable laws and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Personal Data Protection (PDP), and regulatory compliance.
- To support compliance projects, document preparation, research, and assist with monitoring activities in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- To help promote a compliance culture across the organization by contributing to various compliance initiatives.
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
- AML/ABC Compliance Support
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring AML/ABC policies and procedures.
- Support the team in transaction monitoring and the preparation of Suspicious Transaction Reports.
- Help with documentation and reporting related to AML/ABC compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance Support
- Assist in tracking and reviewing new regulatory requirements and updates.
- Personal Data Protection (PDP) Support
- Help prepare documents related to data protection impact assessments.
- Support the preparation of training materials and internal awareness initiatives on data protection.
- Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the compliance team as needed.
- Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and files.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Third-year or final-year student majoring in Law.
- Basic understanding of regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Personal Data Protection (PDP), or interest in learning about compliance and legal matters is a plus.
- Good understanding of basic legal and regulatory concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and apply new compliance-related skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High integrity and a strong ethical sense.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadline.
- Keeping up with regulatory changes and ensuring alignment with business operations.
