Mô tả Công việc
- Support customers concerns, issues, inquiries related to SSL certificates: validation, technical issues (will be trained).
- Verify documents and ensure all the applied information is accurate with the registration business; Support process orders on system.
- Coordinate with Technical teams for solving problems (regarding server / system issues, bugs fixing…)
- Support processing and making purchasing order / Balance sheet monthly.
- Manage Promotion / Invoice / Payment of Partners
- Ensure all tasks are done within required time frame set out by department procedure.
- Support Sales Team in administration works to make sure that Sales activities go smoothly.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor Degree in related field
· From 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles.
· Have experience in IT field is a big plus
· Can communicate in an English-speaking environment
· Problem solving, speed at work and learning attitude
· Ability to work independently or in a team to solve all the requests and other diverse issues from customers
