Mô tả Công việc
- Develop conceptual designs and functional interior layouts based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales team in Canada to understand and refine client needs.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for design and construction.
- Prepare design and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with the Sales team to resolve design-related challenges.
- Communicate directly with North American and European clients to discuss design details and answer inquiries.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or similar).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- C1 or C2 proof of English proficiency is required. Acceptable certifications include:
- IELTS
- Duolingo
- Cambridge
- TOEFL
- TOEIC
