Mô tả Công việc
- Develop and design innovative products (insole and midsole components that enhance comfort, support, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with T1 for project development from initial stage to mass production.
- Conduct material research and testing to select the best materials for components (Insole/ Midsole)
- Create detailed technical specifications, prototypes, and samples for evaluation.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and production process.
- Ensure all products meet company standards for performance, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to translate design concepts into manufactural products.

- Working Experiences and Ability
- Proven experience in footwear development.
- Strong understanding of footwear materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in footwear design.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
