Mô tả Công việc
- Download draft BL from system & send to client .
- Release EBL, SWB, final copy BL.
- Freight manifest to client via email after checking payment & receiving SOB list from OPT & CS team.
- Check & input local charges into system.
- Perform any duties as assigned by Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Senior Export Documentation Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum degree qualified from Sea Economic of Transport University, VN Maritime University, HCM Economic University, Foreign Trade University, or have background of Import & Export in Shipping Line (open for fresher)
- Customer oriented
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Good communication (verbal and written) in English
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
