Mô tả Công việc
1. Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts/areas
Manage execution of channel strategies, accounts' programs & store execution in the assigned areas to grow volume, revenue & share
Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired
Call on all wiring assignments as planned
Develop, sell, and execute CDAs with identified customers.
Understand customers and shoppers insights to identify new opportunities to grow volume, revenue & share
Get customers' comments & market insights to feedback on Accounts' Strategies, promotion promgrams,...
For local accounts that MTE in charge:
Develop and keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP)
Monitor MT Budget of CDA in charge.
Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment
2. Lead excellent execution in assigned stores
Call on each customer per customer wiring plan
Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field force of both SPVB and customers
Ensure execution of a promotion calendar on a timely basis
Manage & coach Blue Force team to execute company's strategy, programs & KPIs
Monitor performance and compliance of volume & all store execution KPIs, taking corrective actions where necessary
Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations
3. Represent MT Location Team to act as Champion in Execution of assigned Account(s)
Represent MT location to be key contact point for location customers (Eg: Customers in charge of whole region of HCMC, HCMP, Central, MK, North 1, North 2) to consult and solve problems
Represent MT location to cascade accounts' promotion programs to all Blue Force in location
Represent MT Location to consolidate insights, feedbacks & proposals of other MTEs in routine activities (eg: Monthly promotion programs, rentals,...) to other departments
Support tracking customers' debts and co-ordinate with other MTEs to resolve overdue
4. Identify & Win New Business
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets
Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities
Co-ordinate and acquire new business
Align the system to call on new accounts & outlet
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience of account management is a plus
- Communication, Presentation skill.
- High ownership & good collaboration mindset
- Customer Relationship Building
- Fluent English for communication and writing
- Competent MS Office
University graduation in any disciplines
Experience in managing execution in Modern Trade stores
Prefer FMCG Industry
Experience of field force managment
