Mô tả Công việc
- Independently assemble large and complex data sets that meet the business or analytical needs.
- Build and deploy data models that help optimize support experience.
- Develop and maintain data insights and performance dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness within the CRM system.
- This involves performing regular data audits, identifying and correcting data errors, and monitoring data quality metrics.
- Create reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into CRM data, such as customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data integration between the CRM system and other platforms (e.g., marketing automation tools, sales platforms, customer service platforms).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record in executing and delivering projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Familiar with User experience function and tools is good to have.
- Familiar with startup environment and understanding of dynamics between design, engineering, product and customer service are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI.
- Preferred knowledge of data programming (Python, R).
