ofi (olam food ingredients), a new operating group from Olam Group, offers sustainable, natural, value-added food products and ingredients. The company includes leading businesses in cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices, with a global value chain spanning farming operations, farm-gate origination, and manufacturing facilities.
ofi began operations in Vietnam in 1997 and has since established a significant presence with its head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices across various provinces. Today, ofi Vietnam is the largest exporter of cashews, pepper, and instant coffee, operating seven large factories and engaging with a vast network of farmers. It is also among the top exporters of green coffee in Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Need to learn, understand the safety risk at plant, then coporate with area owners (departments) to reduce the level of risk (Reduce no. of high/medium risk to low risk)
- Keep the risk assessment file in bilangue (English_Vietnamese)
- Build this position to be a backup source for HSE team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Final year or fresher students in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in relevant fields with knowledge about Safety
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Working location: Long Thanh, with shuttle bus service from HCM to Factories
- Must have good academic records.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
- Bus shuttle from HCM to Factories.
- Internship Allowance

- Opportunity to perform and secure a full-time role upon program completion
