Mô tả Công việc
Customer Service: In-charge of De Heus's Social Media Channels (Facebook. Zalo, Tiktok, ...); Interact with customers, process and transfer information to related departments. (30%).
ADMIN: Support documenting and organizing Marketing's Department paperwork. (30%)
Content: Write content for social medias, newspapers and catalogs (20%).
Video: Support building video scripts, brainstorming video content for TikTok, Youtube (10%).
Others: Follow and support assigned projects (video recording, support internal-external events & communication plans) (10%).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Prefer new graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or any other related majors.
A perfect candidate should have Customer-centric Mindset, excel in Communication and must be Meticulous.
Good Vietnamese writing skills - diverse content writing mindset (from long to short articles, from formal to intimate content).
Experienced with a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, News,...)
Fluent in Reading, Writing and Interpreting English.
Creativity, Photography / Videography mindset (nice to have).
