Mô tả Công việc
- Support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team in daily operations: planning, execution, reporting, and data analysis.
- Monitor and track Sales Performance and Sales Incentive results.
- Conduct reports and deep-dive analysis related to sales KPIs and incentives.
- Develop automated dashboards using Power BI and Excel tools.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University or college degree.
- Strong skills in data reporting, visualization, and analysis.
- Ability to consolidate and systematize complex and diverse data sources.
- Proficiency in building automated dashboards on Power BI/Office tools.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and open-minded.
