Mô tả Công việc
- Appointment scheduling: Management of client appointment scheduling (scheduling clients’ appointments according to Dr recommendation/client need; confirming clients booking/rescheduling their booking at clients’ request, etc.
- Cashiring: Prepare/issue invoices for the services clients used during their visit.
- Client support:
- Welcome and instruct clients for different services that they booked with the clinic (Dr consultation, treatments, facial,… direct clients between G Floor and 2nd Floor for services)
- Respond to clients’ requests about appointments on online channels (FB, Whatsapp, Zalo, email, phone,…)
- Interpretation service for clients who need English language support as required (English support for facial, hair removal, …)
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
- Working hours (full-time): 6 days/week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ Sunday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (off 1 day/week excluding Saturday and Sunday)
- Job type: Internship, 4-5 days per week, full-time is preferred
