Mô tả Công việc
- Develop Plans: Create detailed plans and schedules to drive high OTIFs (On-Time In-Full) and support the planning team in daily activities.
- Manage SAP System: Enter and maintain data in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with various departments, such as production, quality, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory
- Monitor Progress: Track the progress of plans, identifying any issues or delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare Reports: Generate comprehensive reports on planning activities, performance metrics, and project outcomes for management review.
- Forecasting: Use data analysis to predict future trends and needs, helping the company to stay ahead of market demands.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business, planning, supply chain, logistics or a related field with strong academics
- Interest to build a career in planning/production/ merchandiser
- Ability to work in fast paced teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Office (Excel) Skills/ English (4 skills)
- Experience with SAP system management is an advantage.
