1. Inter-department Communication:
Act as a bridge between IT and other departments to facilitate clear communication.
Update departments about new features, updates, or changes in the software.
Train teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the company’s software products.
Address questions or concerns about the product from other departments.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and implement new features.
2. Product Demos & Feedback Collection:
Conduct professional software demonstrations for potential customers.
Collect and analyze feedback from existing customers to identify areas for improvement.
3. Market Research & Product Improvement:
Research competitor software to identify trends and opportunities.
Recommend actionable improvements to enhance the company’s software.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: Experience in customer support, product management, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training and software demonstrations effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of market research techniques.
- Willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. hours.
Skills:
Working hours: Monday to Friday (from 22:00 to 07:00 AM).
