Mô tả Công việc
1. Equipment Inventory Management
- Oversee, update and manage equipments/tools/consumables inventory."
2. Procurement & Payment Support
- Support Project Admins in purchasing site tools and equipment.
- Prepare accounting document for expenses.
3. Projects Administrative Works
- Print/stamp/notarize documents of projects (logistic, acceptance minutes, transmittal,…)
- Organize and maintain document filing systems
4. Site team Support
- Arrange travel and accommodation (flight, bus, hotel, motorbike) for SM/SS.
- Support transport of equipment/materials between warehouse and site.
- Prepare worker onboarding documents (safety cards, health checks,...).
5. Division Manager Support
- Support Division Manager in continuous improvement of the company processes
- Support division manager in translation and communication with Vietnamese stakeholders
- Documentation formatting
- Administrative works for department related task

Allowance: 4,050,000 VND/month

* Requirements:
- Basic understanding of office admin and document handling
- Good command in MS office (Word, excel, powerpoint, outloook)
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Careful and organized

* Working location: 117 – 119 – 121 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC
* Working time: 8:00 – 17:30; Monday – Friday
