Overview: This is one of the top 3 regional exporters and manufacturers based in China, with more than 20 overseas locations. The annual business volume is over 1.5 billion USD in 2023, with over 4000 staff globally. There are two offices (Hanoi and HCM City) and one factory in Vietnam.

Market: Vietnam and overseas
Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries & Service: Respond quickly to customer emails, chats, and calls, offering solutions and delivering exceptional service.
- Customer Insights & Consultation: Gather customer feedback and provide expert advice on product selection and purchases.
- Product Management: Upload and manage product listings on global sources and e-commerce platforms.
- Sales Promotion & Development: Focus on SMEs and MNCs, building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales plans, customer visits, forecasts, and new business opportunities to management.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales targets and budgets.
- Data Management & Coordination: Keep accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.
- Client Acquisition & Expansion: Actively seek new clients and expand offerings to existing customers to drive growth.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage (but not compulsory).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: - Ability to work under pressure with a strong mindset.
- Flexible, sharp, and quick to grasp new ideas.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of various goods (FMCG, sundry goods, promotional items, etc.)
- Good negotiation skills with an understanding of legal aspects of contracts.
- Self-starter with the ability to engage stakeholders, interpret their needs, and plan accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •
- Nice to Have: - Design skills (Canva or similar tools). - Ability to customize forms.
