· Participates sales activities to achieve sales target
Supports technical information to customer and agent
Follows up the market situation
Introduces new products to the market
· Calculate monthly budget by supplier/customer/ product
· Identify, analyze, source and develop new business opportunities for assigned segment
· Maintain good business relationship with existing customers, identify gaps in product line offered and investigate options to develop
· Investigate alternative supply options to capture new opportunities
· Work with team to do market intelligent analysis
· Establish product portfolio with key customers and market and continuously identify product needs and secure new suppliers to fill the portfolio gaps
· Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
· Timely submission of reports to principals with comments/ analysis / and action plan added
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical science or related subject
- Experienced in sales of home care, personal care or cosmetics ingredients, R&D in cosmetic applications
- Good Negotiation and Management Skills
- Key Account Management experience
- Strong Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
- Good Communication Skill
