Mô tả Công việc
Assist all Sales Functions facing:
- Commercial issues
- Obtaining rates
- Cost validation or negotiation
- Support Sales colleagues to give ad-hoc quotation to customer
- Business execution
- Support to giving shipping instruction to operation
- Support to adherence to shipping instruction
- Administration and back-up
- Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting;)
- Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh graduate or experienced ones are welcomed
- Can work full-time at least 6 months
- Excellent Vietnamese & English communication skills ( verbal & written ). Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation
- Business administration / commercial background
