Mô tả Công việc
• Tour Package Uploads: Upload new tour packages to our website and ensure all relevant details (itinerary, pricing, images, etc.) are accurately represented.
• Lead Generation Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels (online platforms, outreach campaigns, etc.)
• Sales Dashboard Management: Update and maintain the sales dashboard with new leads, client data, and progress towards closing deals. Help monitor sales performance and assist in tracking conversions.
• Supplier Contracting: Communicate and negotiate with local suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, activity operators) to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for our tour packages.
• Client Communication: Support the sales team by following up with potential clients, answering inquiries, and helping close sales by providing timely and relevant information about our tours and services.
• Sales Documentation: Assist with creating and sending proposals, contracts, and invoices for new clients.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong interest in the inbound tourism industry and a passion for travel.
• English: Communication, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with suppliers and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM tools or sales dashboards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local destinations, culture, English fluency are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a small, dynamic team.
