Rustic Pathways is seeking a creative and fast-paced Short-Form Video Editor to help us tell powerful stories through social-first content. If you love editing Reels, TikToks, and vertical videos that inspire action—this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Edit short-form videos (15–90 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Add captions, effects, sound, and transitions to maximize engagement
Work with brand visuals and voice to keep content consistent
Repurpose footage from program leaders and students
Deliver final files quickly and cleanly
Who You Are:
Proficient in mobile or desktop editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Strong eye for pace, style, and emotional impact
Able to work with English audio or captions even if it’s not your first language
Organized with file delivery and revision rounds
Passionate about storytelling and youth impact
