ABOUT ROLE

To actively engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through outbound calls to assist them in completing their registration on the Docquity app, ensuring a high completion rate and providing exceptional support throughout the registration process, ultimately contributing to the successful onboarding of a targeted number of HCPs and enhancing overall project outcomes.

  • Position: Call Center Intern (Outbound).
  • Work Experience: Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience.
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls: Contact Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to assist them in completing their registration on the Docquity app.
  • Provide follow-up support: Ensure HCPs have all the necessary information and support to successfully complete their registration.
  • Deliver quality service: Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all interactions, ensuring a good experience for the HCPs.
  • Manage customer feedback: Gather and escalate customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement of the registration process.
  • Adapt to project needs: Be flexible in responding to any changes in project requirements or strategy, ensuring goals are met within the project period.
