ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute, digitalize and visualize approved programs in support of company’s employees and business needs
Initiate and coordinate to organize employee engagement & HR activities including but not limited to townhall, outing trip, team building, etc.
Partner across the organization to understand business status, maximize information sharing and propose HR solutions
Track, consolidate, compile and analyze reports and dashboards related to HR functions to ensure overall efficiency and alignment
Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors and HR Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate, major in HR/ Business/ Media/English Language is preferable
Ability to use graphic design tools and video making is a plus
Agile and confident to engage across all HR sections and all levels of the business
Analytical skills with the ability to capture and interpret relevant data for the business.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, pay attention to details, and demonstrate accuracy
Good problem-solving skills, can work under high pressure, be ready to take challenges
Willing to learn and engage in ad hoc projects when required
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
