Recruitment and onboarding:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting and screening resumes, organizing interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and induction programs.
HR Operations:
- Prepare procedures related to employment contracts, social insurance, health insurance, pit registration and related documents for employees.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Administration:
- Oversee general administrative tasks such as manage office supplies and equipment, draft and send administrative documents…
- Assist in visa and work permit applications for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and legal documents required for business operations.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare HR-related reports, statistics, and analysis as needed by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English languages, or related field.
- Fluency in English, Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and careful.
