Position Description
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will support the team on various learning initiatives. You will also be actively involved in planning, designing, and delivery L&D programs for the company. As part of your own development, you will have access to structured supervision and mentorship from experiences and accomplished talent development leaders.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of learning initiatives.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and collaborate on partnerships in line with the L&D
- strategies.
- Develop creative, innovative content/ campaigns that support employee learning and engagement, via multiple platforms such as email announcements, Yammer, learning management system, etc.
- Collaborate with Department Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Center of Excellence teams (COEs) to identify learning needs, design, and implement learning solutions, to be supported by the L&D Manager
- Work on data-driven initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Undergraduate student (preferably 4th year students) with background in Human Resources, Industrial - Organizational Psychology, or a business-related degree. Other disciplines are welcome to apply.
- Has strong content development skills, with an attention to details and ability to analyze, organize, and communicate complex ideas through a variety of formats (i.e., PowerPoint, videos, infographics, posters, etc.)
- Social Media savvy
- Project management skills highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
