Mô tả Công việc
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all administrative matters.
- Develop and implement streamlined administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Co-operate with other department upon request to complete the common objectives of the Dept./Company
- In charge of legal documents related to visas, work permits, temporary residence cards for foreign employees and customers.
- Arrange air-ticket and other bookings for Directors, visitors upon request.
2. Training and Development:
- Plan and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs by collaborating with department managers and conducting employee surveys.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and provide improvement recommendations.
3. Internal Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and manage internal events such as company meetings, company trip, New Year party….
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engaging activities and initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of events by coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and handling logistics.
4. Team Support:
- Provide support to other team members within the department to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks across functions.
- Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely communication between departments.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks as assigned by the General Director or team leader.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Must be a senior or recent graduate bachelor's degree in a related field. Must be a senior or recent graduate.
· Fulltime Internship
· Experience in Human Resources & General Affairs fields is preferred.
· Strong mindset and passion for the Human Resources & General Affairs field.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
· Event planning and coordination skills are a plus.
· Language: Proficiency in English (equivalent to TOEIC 750~) and conversational Japanese (N3 level).
