Mô tả Công việc
· Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for intern and junior-level positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and recruitment timelines.
· Regularly update and maintain the hiring database to ensure accurate candidate tracking.
· Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including organizing and archiving candidate documents (hard copies and digital files), and managing deadlines for application submissions.
· Create and edit recruitment content (text, images, etc.) for job postings, social media campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
· Share and post job vacancies across platforms as directed by the recruitment team.
· Support recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring initiatives.
· Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
· Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
· Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
