Mô tả Công việc
- Designs and implements systems and equipment procedures used in manufacturing facilities. The main duties include testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.
- Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
- Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Design and plan equipment layout.
- Conduct tests and monitor the process performance throughout production.
- Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes.
- Perform optimization tests.
- Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
- Estimate production costs.
- Coach, mentor, and train engineers/ Internship within the Industrial Engineering team.
- Conduct process study, time study, analysis and improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools throughout the manufacturing facility and process.
- Support mass production, SOP, follow up OEE, scrap reduction, Productivity, break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 01-year experience at the same position.
- Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
- Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
- Advanced technical skills, analytical thinking.
- Proficient in English.
