Mô tả Công việc
Primary Function:
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Major Responsibilities:
- In-charge in scheduling corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities in alignment to existing week, month and annual programs.
- In-charge in preparations of required general materials and parts for to the scheduled maintenance activities.
- In-charge in preparation/coordination of required manning for the scheduled maintenance activities.
- Coordinates maintenance activities to other related departments for schedule and executions.
- Generates accomplishment reports.
- Provides data analysis reports and potential action plans.
- Initiates updates and improvements for more reliable week, month and annual maintenance programs.
- Observes proper turnovers of maintenance activities and double check on going status to maintain smooth work flow.
- Work with the Maintenance Team for any maintenance activities improvement.
- Implement and follows all safety protocols to ensure the safe operations and maintenance.
- Practices safekeeping of tools and equipment for maintaining cleanliness.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisors, or the Plant Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate of any engineering / technical courses.
- With at least 1 year related work experience.
- With work background on the planning, scheduling and implementation of maintenance programs.
- Possesses a deep understanding of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance techniques.
