- Support to track marketing budget / expense in accordance with Marketing budget
- Promotional license management
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to smoothly proceed related document
- Consolidate and follow up payables of weekly cash flow.
- Timesheet
- Contract following & processing with related departments
- Red invoice delivery & payment date management with partners
- Paper work preparation & delivery (stamp/address writing) as marketing requirement
- Paperwork (Copy/Notarized) with Legal
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Majoring in Marketing /Ecommerce/Business Administration is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Own a personal laptop.
- Good command of English
- Attention to detail to ensure delivering the precise information.
