Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating the various aspects of merchandise planning, inventory management, and product assortment to ensure that retail stores are stocked with the right inventory at the right time.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Factory, Product Development, Marketing, Retail, E-channels, Corporate Sales to streamline operations and optimize sales.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock transfer, sales requests to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers, retail shops and warehouse to manage product aftersales service (buyback, repair), product deliveries and replenishments.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding sales trends, inventory performance, and product performance.
- Coordinate with factory planning team & marketing team to ensure that products are launched and displayed plan per marketing plan to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Work closely with various internal teams such as Factory, Product Development, Marketing, Retail, E-channels, Corporate Sales to ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives.

- Possess a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management, product assortment, and other merchandising-related tasks.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Able to use spreadsheet software and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Have deep understanding of the retail operations, inventory management, product assortment planning, and visual merchandising best practices.
- Have attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree (or College degree is also accepted) in merchandising, business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in merchandise coordination, retail buying, or a similar role.
- Understanding of retail industry/FMCG trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
