Mô tả Công việc
- Client/affiliates liaison for all correspondence including nominted inquiries, quotations, receipt
of orders
- First review the job orders/nominations and contract from the client and get approval from OM
- Coordinate and arrange job and inspector
- Provide technical documents/client’s instructions to Inspector/Laboratory technician
(documents, contact person, time/place of inspection, analysis items/ methods...)
- Support Operation/Technical Manager in handling client complaints and/or potential claims.
- Support OM including but not limited to Preparing reports, certificates and pass to OM
for checking before approval by Division Manager or Technical Manager
- Ensure all reports/certificates, invoice are released to the client on time.
- Ensure job file is scanned and recored accrately and on time
- Support QA during internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 17020, TG)
- Support Hai Phong and Ha Noi Team in issuing report/certificate, invoice and release to the
client on time
- Complete all trainings required by the Division
- Support Managers other duties as directed by the Operation Manager or Division Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education/Experience
- Able to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate administration activities.
- University level or higher
- Good in English, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), confidence and good in presentation skill.
