Mô tả Công việc
1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
2. Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, LAN/WiFi, printers, and peripherals. Record, track, and resolve IT requests using the internal support management system. Perform data backups and support data recovery plans.
3. Manage IT assets: inventory, label, and track equipment status.
4. Provide basic user training or guidance on software usage, security policies, and internal IT services.
5. Support the implementation of internal or group IT projects such as system upgrades, network infrastructure changes, etc.
6. Comply with information security regulations according to the company-wide IT policy.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Graduated from College/University in Information Technology or related field. At least 1 year of experience in IT support position is an advantage.
2. Understanding of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office software, Web design software, graphics, basic network (IP, DNS, DHCP). Know how to use remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk or Remote Desktop.
3. Good communication skills, professional service attitude and team support spirit.
4. Priority is given to those with basic English communication skills if working in factories with foreign elements.
