Mô tả Công việc
Manage and maintain relationships with celebrities: Work directly with artists, celebrities, and their teams to build long-term partnerships.
Support celebrity growth & performance optimization: Provide strategic content advice, guide celebrities in maximizing their platform potential, and optimize revenue from livestreams and other activities.
Monitor & analyze performance: Track key metrics, evaluate results, and propose solutions to enhance celebrity performance.
Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate closely with BD, Marketing, Tech, and other teams to ensure timely and comprehensive support for celebrities.
Handle issues & provide solutions: Proactively resolve any challenges that arise to ensure a smooth and positive working experience for celebrities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience working with celebrities, KOLs, or in the entertainment industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with digital platforms, livestreaming, e-commerce, and content trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize celebrity performance.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
