Mô tả Công việc
Searching & Placement (70%)
- Understand clients’ business and culture to meet their recruitment needs.
- Source, select, and match high-quality candidates to roles.
- Interview candidates to assess fit and manage the interview process.
- Negotiate remuneration packages and support clients and candidates through the offer stage
Business Development (30%)
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through client and candidate interactions and industry updates.
- Build and manage a client portfolio to address their recruitment needs.
- Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and pitch services.
- Provide consultative advice on effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate charge rates with clients and network to establish market expertise.
Working place: Dolphin Plaza, 06 Nguyen Hoang Street, My Dinh Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working time: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduates in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related fields
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and good service mindset
- Strong customer service mindset: put the customer's needs first and go a step further to think above and beyond what can be done to improve the customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
