Mô tả Công việc
- Receive orders from Sales Team (Email DMS), input order onto ERP system
- Check the money availability and inform accountant to post the money according to SO on ERP, then confirm SO on the ERP system
- Inform SO to logistic for delivery scheduling
- Receive complaints from customers and follow up with related dept for complaint solving
- Create/set promotions on ERP and send promotions scheme to sales team and customers (Once per month)
- Update information of ASM to ERP when there is a change in work roaming (information received from HR department)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager and above
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Intermediate English (all skills).
- Handle multiple of tasks.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Able to work under pressure.
- No experience required. Having experience is preferred
