Mô tả Công việc

· Responsible for the Operational Order Management Process for Spares, Service and Warranty for Rest of Asia, including Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

· Responsible for Business Administration of Sales & Service orders including confirmation, delivery, invoice.

· Processing and monitoring of return / replacement and product warranty.

· Liaise and coordinate with Logistics provider to maintain an efficient process and provide proper documentation for import and export.

· As directed liaise with Service Manager with regard to service revenue report, deliveries and others assigned.

· Manage inventory accurately to ensure no discrepancy.

· Daily work with service engineers to satisfy any customer requirements.

· Ensure efficiency and accuracy of data entry in SAP system according to policies and guidelines such as create sales orders, create delivery order, inbound delivery and billing; post goods receipt and goods issuance.

· Other duties as assigned by subordinates.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledge in Logistics, SAP system
Effective communication in both English and Vietnamese
Able to intern for a minimum of 6 months
Ready to be on board from August 2025
