Introduction
Qualtech is a medical device consulting and clinical trial (CRO) company headquartered in Taiwan, with 25 years of experience supporting global medical device manufacturers in regulatory affairs and market access. We have offices in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, the USA, Korea, and Germany.
We are looking for a talented Regulatory Affairs Intern to support regulatory activities across our markets. The role requires fluency in English and the ability to understand technical and regulatory documents.

Job Description
- Oversight of regulatory submissions for assigned projects/countries, including preparation and completion of submissions or notifications as required.
- Read and understand regulations, technical standards, guidance documents, test reports, clinical and medical terminology, technical product information, and other related documents.
- Proactively investigate and compile regulatory information gathered during projects; maintain the regulatory database accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Female candidates only.
- Able to work at least 24 hours per week for a period of 4 to 6 months.
- Fresh graduates or senior students in related majors such as Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Medicinal Chemistry.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Candidates who can speak Chinese will be a big plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, responsible, and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Basic skills in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
