Mô tả Công việc
Job Duties:
- Focus on FBA export, local warehouse operation and B2C parel export to our customers to our customers
- Mainly receiving, warehousing and outbound operations for airfreight and volumes by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and procedures
- Communicate closely with internal colleagues and external warehouse customers
- Continuously improve operational performance and efficiency while satisfying both company and customer needs
- Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees in cooperation with HR
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2 years operation experience in warehouse/distribution center
- Good command of Korean, Speaking good Chinese is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to drive results
- Ability to be flexible to work variable shifts such as night shifts, operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities subject to frequent change
